While Hector is well-known for his acclaimed travel documentaries for TG4 and for co-hosting the hugely popular and much missed Tommy, Hector & Laurita Podcast, he is also one of the three funniest men to ever come out of Navan (the other two being Tommy Tiernan and Dylan Moran). Hector has hosted numerous stand-up shows over the years and has a real flair for comedy, possessed by what Evoke.ie called his “boundless liveliness, craic and joie de vivre”. A tireless advocate for the Irish language, he is the author of the best-selling book, The Irish Words You Should Know.
