A bedroom business borne from boredom in the very first lockdown of 2020, WOMP Events has since progressed from hosting virtual comedy quizzes via Zoom to a string of sold-out themed events, quizzes, club nights, and festival appearances across Ireland. If there is a fun themed night to be had, be it a fundraiser, corporate or family event, wedding, divorce or funeral, you can be sure WOMP are behind it!

The GREAT BIG BIG SCREEN Quiz will be a celebration of the silver screen, cult classics & fan favourite films. With trivia, photo, video & quote rounds - this will be a multimedia mish-mash of dozens of the most popular movies of all time - with each round focusing on a different movie genre. And what better venue than an actual cinema? Join WOMP Events in Pálás Cinema for a whole new kind of quiz night.

How it works: All questions will be up on the big screen. You & your team-mates select your answer choice via your smartphones. If you’re in a team, you will be grouped together in advance via a special app so you can all earn points toward your team total.
